All products listed upon the website are done so as an Invitation to Treat.  
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.   All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.   If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.   We will take all reasonable care to keep details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website. 
We never pass on any customer details to external third parties.

Delivery: If no one is at home when our carriers attempt delivery they will leave a card with contact details to re-arrange delivery.   If the delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the attempted delivery card left by our carriers and your order is returned to us we will wait for you to contact us before we refund any monies paid by yourself minus the return carriage cost, currently £25

Our carriers will strive to get your order to you in accordance with delivery options but sometimes delays occur which are outside the control of either ourselves or our carriers i.e.: extreme weather conditions, unforseen incidents etc

If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and the goods are signed for by another party Stork Talk (Midlands) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result

Product Guarantees:
The guarantee is available for all products purchased from Stork Talk (Midlands) Ltd
The guarantee is available to the original purchaser only when accompanied with the original receipt
The guarantee is non transferable
The guarantee applies to the product only and does not cover any consequential losses-i.e. time or other products
The guarantee applies to material and manufacturing defects only under normal domestic use in the United kingdom and Republic of Ireland
The guarantee does not cover faults caused by factors outside the manufacturers control  including failure to follow the user guide and maintenance instructions, normal wear and tear, inappropiate use, accidental wilful and or misuse of the product, inappropiate storage methods and or inappropiate cleaning, modification, alteration of the product

The guarantee does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear, foam handles, rubber elements of the wheels, pneumatic tyres or signs of fabric wear

Moving parts should be maintained on a regular basis and a silicone based lubricant should be applied to keep necessary parts running smoothly

Fabric accessories may fade at different rates especially when not being used together

If a claim is made under this guarantee and the defect is not due to faulty materials or manufacture, Stork Talk (Midlands) Ltd reserves the right to charge the customer a £30 fee to cover staff costs and courier charges

Car Seats: Any car seat purchased from Stork Talk (Midlands) Ltd comes with a free fitting service guarantee and at anytime you may visit the Stork Talk (Midlands) Ltd showroom for a free safety check
